Technology Commercialization Centre International (TCCI) is dedicated to helping organizations and institutions transform research and innovation into market-ready solutions. Acting as an external Technology Transfer and Commercialization Office, TCCI supports partners in managing intellectual property and bringing new technologies to market. The Centre also functions as a remote Office of Research Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC), an outsourced Project Management Office, and a collaborator in tendering and contracting activities. By providing comprehensive support throughout the innovation and commercialization lifecycle, TCCI serves as a trusted innovation partner for its clients.

This full-time, hybrid internship is based in Punjab, Pakistan, with flexibility for remote work. The intern will assist in technology transfer, commercialization, and project management tasks. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and supporting the evaluation of innovative projects and intellectual property. Daily activities involve drafting presentations and documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing tendering and contracting processes, and maintaining organized records of ongoing projects. The intern will also conduct research on market trends, funding opportunities, and potential partners while gaining practical experience in innovation management and commercialization best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Support technology transfer and commercialization activities through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Assist in the evaluation of innovative projects and intellectual property portfolios.
- Draft presentations, reports, and other documentation for internal and external use.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration with stakeholders across various departments and partner organizations.
- Help manage tendering and contracting processes to ensure compliance and timely execution.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research on market trends, funding opportunities, and potential collaborators to inform strategic decisions.
- Learn and apply best practices in innovation management, project management, and commercialization.

Required Qualifications
- Ability to conduct structured research, analyze information, and clearly present findings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing professional reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Basic understanding of innovation, technology transfer, or business development concepts, demonstrated through coursework or projects.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder requests efficiently.
- Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and online meeting platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, business, management, technology, or a related field.
- Interest in intellectual property, project management, and the commercialization of research is highly advantageous.
