We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team in an office-based role supporting student admissions and visa processing workflows. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining student records, assisting counselors, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the admissions process. Key Responsibilities
- Handle data entry of student information, applications, documents, and university/course details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist the team in processing student applications for admissions and study visas, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Maintain and regularly update student records, databases, and CRM systems to keep information current and organized.
- Collect, organize, scan, upload, and verify student documents to support the application process.
- Assist counselors by preparing application forms, admission documents, offer letters, and other necessary paperwork.
- Conduct basic research on universities, courses, entry requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and intake periods to support database updates.
- Help prepare and update university and course databases to provide accurate information for students and counselors.
- Follow up with students to obtain missing documents and ensure all application requirements are fulfilled.
- Coordinate closely with counselors and the processing team to ensure applications are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Maintain proper filing systems, both digital and physical, for student records and related documents.
- Assist with data verification and quality checks to minimize errors and maintain data integrity.
- Support the team with daily administrative and operational tasks as needed.
- Prepare basic daily and weekly reports related to data entry, applications, and assigned tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Counselor, Processing Officer, or Management.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Good typing and data-entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work meticulously.
- Willingness to learn about the study abroad admissions process and visa procedures.
