This role involves maintaining and organizing employee records while managing document workflows within an M-Files system. The position supports various payroll-related tasks and assists the HR department in ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payments. The ideal candidate will work closely with payroll and HR teams to maintain compliance with policies and contribute to continuous improvements in HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records in SAP and HRIS systems.
- Manage the organization’s document management system, ensuring proper organization, storage, and retrieval of documents.
- Organize employee records, including personal and employment information.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to employment records, payroll, and related matters.
- Assist with document management tasks such as filing, scanning, and archiving.
- Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee payments.
- Support the HR department in preparing and distributing payroll and employee data reports.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of pay cheques and direct deposit statements.
- Provide support for employee benefits and other HR-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement workflow and process improvements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the department, recognizing that responsibilities may evolve over time.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or Management from an HEC-recognized institute.
- Up to 6 months of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Familiarity with HR systems is advantageous.
