This role involves maintaining and organizing employee records, managing document workflows within an M-Files system, and supporting various payroll-related tasks. The position requires close collaboration with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data and payments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in SAP and HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage the organization’s document management system, overseeing proper storage, organization, and retrieval of documents.
- Handle employee records, including personal and employment information, with strict adherence to data privacy standards.
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries related to employment records, payroll, and other HR matters.
- Assist with document management tasks such as filing, scanning, and archiving to support HR operations.
- Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee payments.
- Support the HR department in preparing and distributing reports related to payroll and employee data.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of pay cheques and direct deposit statements.
- Provide support for employee benefits administration and respond to related HR inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in workflows and processes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institute.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of relevant Human Resources experience are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP and HRIS is advantageous.
