Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain & Logistics Intern
- Assist with inventory monitoring, tracking, and stock management.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and distribution teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Sales & Business Development Intern
- Support the sales team in lead generation, client outreach, and pipeline tracking.
- Assist in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and client proposals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market opportunities.

Marketing & Brand Communications Intern
- Assist in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market analysis and track campaign performance metrics.
- Collaborate on brand storytelling, promotional events, and graphic/visual ideas.

Accounts & Finance Intern
- Support daily accounting operations, invoicing, and expense reconciliation.
- Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and financial reporting.
- Help organize audit files and maintain structured financial documentation.

Hospitality & Customer Experience Intern
- Assist in delivering top-tier guest/customer service and managing client inquiries.
- Support event planning, hospitality management, and operational setup.
- Ensure smooth on-site execution and customer satisfaction across touchpoints.

Required Qualifications

- Current students or recent graduates from Cotham or affiliated institutes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
