Intern Marketing

SmartBenefits is seeking a dynamic Marketing Intern who is passionate about social media, content creation, and transforming creative ideas into impactful marketing campaigns. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing while contributing to the growth and visibility of the SmartBenefits brand. The internship is based onsite in DHA Phase II Extension, Karachi, and is a paid position lasting three months. Ideal candidates are confident, creative, and eager to engage both behind the scenes and on camera as part of the brand’s representation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms to enhance brand presence.
- Develop and contribute fresh marketing ideas that align with current trends and company goals.
- Assist in organizing and participating in events, exhibitions, and other brand-related activities.
- Represent the brand confidently through on-camera content and other promotional materials.
- Support the overall branding efforts to build and strengthen SmartBenefits’ market position.

Required Qualifications

- Strong interest and experience in social media and content creation.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera, with good communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite at the company’s location in Karachi.
- Enthusiastic, social, and proactive attitude toward teamwork and brand representation.
