This internship provides hands-on exposure to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), automation, and process optimization within a leading global biopharmaceutical company. Interns will actively contribute to improvement projects and gain valuable technical and professional skills, preparing them for a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Production team in manufacturing and packaging operations.
- Participate actively in live improvement projects within the department.
- Assist in data gathering, analysis, and reporting related to production processes.
- Gain hands-on experience with cGMP compliance and quality standards.
- Work with automation systems and digital tools to enhance production efficiency.
- Help troubleshoot process issues and support debottlenecking efforts.
- Contribute to implementing GSK Production System (GPS) standards focused on Zero Incidents, Zero Waste, and Zero Defects.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Pharmacy or a related field from an accredited university.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing environments.
- A keen interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing and productivity improvement.
