We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern – Upwork Bidder to join our Business Development team. This role involves supporting the team in identifying potential clients, preparing tailored proposals, and assisting in securing projects through freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer. The ideal candidate will work closely with both business development and technical teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the company’s growth by effectively managing bids and client communications.

Key Responsibilities

- Search for relevant projects and potential clients on various freelancing platforms.
- Create and submit customized proposals and cover letters tailored to client needs.
- Analyze job descriptions to ensure proposals align with client expectations.
- Assist with client communication and timely follow-ups to maintain engagement.
- Coordinate with Business Development and technical teams to clarify project details.
- Maintain organized records of bids, responses, follow-ups, and project statuses.
- Research client preferences, market trends, and platform guidelines to improve bidding success.
- Support profile optimization and contribute ideas to enhance bidding strategies.
- Assist the team in meeting bidding and sales targets through proactive support.

Required Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.
- Strong research and writing abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant academic program.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Previous experience with proposal writing or using freelancing platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Monthly stipend ranging from Rs25,000 to Rs35,000.
- Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development and client acquisition.
- Work location is in person, providing direct collaboration with the team.
