Intern Videographer

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in filming high-quality videos for real estate projects, property tours, and promotional campaigns.
- Produce engaging video content tailored for social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Support video editing tasks including transitions, color correction, captions, and music integration.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative content that promotes high-rise real estate developments.
- Help with camera setup, lighting arrangements, framing, and handling equipment during shoots.
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage, corporate events, and project progress updates.
- Organize and manage video footage and project files efficiently.
- Stay informed about current trends in videography and social media content formats.

Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of videography, camera operation, and video editing techniques.
- Familiarity with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong creativity with a keen eye for detail, composition, and storytelling through visuals.
- Interest in real estate marketing and digital content creation.
