Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully onboard new customers onto the platform by providing full setup and comprehensive training to ensure optimal use and management.
- Deliver first-line support to end users, addressing fault fixing, general maintenance, and management issues.
- Assist with the implementation of VoIP systems by setting up 3cx accounts and supporting the installation, configuration, and maintenance of VoIP equipment such as IP phones.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on the proper use of VoIP systems, specifically the 3cx portal.
- Provide ongoing support for VoIP systems and equipment, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Document and update technical procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles to maintain accurate and accessible resources.
- Participate in on-call rotations to handle urgent VoIP-related issues outside regular business hours.
- Maintain detailed records of support tickets, resolutions, and system changes within the CRM system.
- Monitor and analyze VoIP network performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal service quality.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in client-facing roles.
- Basic knowledge of VoIP systems and IP protocols.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Reliable time management and flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules.
- Understanding of computing, networking, and telecommunications industry products.

This opportunity begins with a 3-month internship, which leads to a full-time position upon successful completion. The internship stipend is PKR 60,000 per month. The working hours are from 7 PM to 4 AM Pakistan Time, Monday through Friday, with onsite presence required at the Jeff Heights office located in Gulberg III, Lahore.
