Internal Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team in Karachi. This role offers a unique opportunity to be instrumental in establishing a new Group Internal Audit Department. The successful candidate will play a vital part in building a robust internal audit function, enhancing internal controls, and improving governance and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and development of the new Group Internal Audit Department.
- Conduct thorough internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen operational efficiency.
- Analyze financial and operational data with strong attention to detail to detect discrepancies or risks.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in internal auditing.
- Proven track record in conducting internal audits and contributing to audit functions.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to the establishment of a new audit department.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
