International Business Development Executive – Design Unit

Experts Communication is looking for a motivated and results-oriented International Business Development Executive to join our Design Unit. The successful candidate will have experience in international sales specifically related to design services and creative solutions. This role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and closing high-value deals with international clients. The position is based in North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi, and requires working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close international sales for various design services, including branding, web design, and UI/UX solutions.
- Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored design solutions.
- Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure deals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as design, marketing, and project management to ensure smooth client onboarding and successful project delivery.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track key performance indicators to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients to encourage upselling and repeat business.
- Stay informed about global design trends and competitor offerings to uncover new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in international business development or sales within the design or creative services sector.
- Strong knowledge of design services, including branding, web design, and UI/UX solutions.
- Excellent English communication skills, with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing near North Nazimabad.
