International Business Development Executive

Global Career Connect is a Pakistan-based company specializing in career and education support, dedicated to connecting talented individuals with global opportunities. We offer a range of services including professional CV writing, international job application assistance, interview preparation, career guidance, and university application support for those seeking opportunities abroad. As we continue to expand, we are looking for motivated and results-driven professionals to join our Sales & Client Acquisition team and help us grow our presence in both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients within Pakistan and key international regions such as the Middle East.
- Generate qualified leads through professional networking, digital outreach, referrals, and approved marketing channels.
- Engage effectively with job seekers, working professionals, and prospective international students to understand their needs.
- Clearly explain company services, packages, pricing, and the application-support process to potential clients.
- Convert qualified prospects into paying clients by providing professional consultations and maintaining consistent follow-up.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships while ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales pipelines, and conversion reports using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Contribute actively to achieving sales targets, revenue growth, and market expansion initiatives.
- Adhere strictly to company policies regarding ethical selling, customer privacy, and transparent communication.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or related roles.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, email outreach, and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working towards performance targets.
