BigLeap-Media is a digital marketing agency specializing in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and digital marketing services. We are looking for confident, motivated, and results-driven International Call Center Agents to join our UK and USA outbound sales campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential business clients in the UK and USA.
- Introduce and promote our SEO and digital marketing services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.
- Communicate professionally with business owners and decision-makers.
- Explain the benefits of SEO, Google rankings, and online business visibility.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain accurate call records.
- Handle customer inquiries and sales objections confidently.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Excellent English speaking and communication skills.
- International call center experience, especially UK/USA campaigns, is preferred.
- Strong cold-calling, lead generation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is an advantage.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
