International Call Center Agent

MARS BPO is seeking motivated and confident individuals to join their international call center team as Sales Representatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and confidence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and potential leads through effective follow-ups.
- Demonstrate strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills to maximize sales opportunities.
- Address customer queries promptly and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on meeting targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work the assigned shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Confidence in handling customer interactions and queries.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Previous experience in an international call center or sales role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Competitive salary package with potential earnings up to PKR 60,000 per month, with pay ranging from PKR 40,000 to PKR 80,000 based on performance.
