International Call Center Agents - Part time/ Full time

We are seeking confident and motivated individuals to join our dynamic call center team based in Karachi. The position provides a competitive salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 70,000 per month, complemented by uncapped commissions. Candidates will work on-site at our Park Avenue office, located on the 1st Floor, Suite 111, Block 6, P.E.C.H.S, Sharah-e-Faisal. Both part-time and full-time shifts are available, with part-time hours from 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM and full-time hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The workweek consists of five days, with Saturdays and Sundays off.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls using provided scripts
- Communicate confidently and fluently in English
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads
- Maintain high-quality customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English communication skills are mandatory
- No prior experience or additional qualifications are required
