International Communications Specialist (Night Shift)

Transworld Cargo Inc., a US-based freight forwarding company with a global network, is seeking an International Communications Specialist to join its Karachi office on the night shift. This role serves as the primary point of contact for overseas clients, agents, and shipping partners, playing a crucial part in ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the international logistics process. The position offers a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary and a Monday to Friday schedule, providing weekends off.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with overseas clients, agents, and shipping lines via email and phone.
- Provide timely and clear updates on shipments, bookings, schedules, and any delays to clients.
- Respond promptly and professionally to queries from clients and partners.
- Coordinate between international partners and the Karachi operations team to ensure seamless workflow.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications with clients and partners.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Confidence in communicating with international clients and partners.
- Ability to work night shifts comfortably.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to follow up effectively.
