  •  Expanding business portfolios with a track record of working with diverse sectors in Pakistan with SME/Corporates. 
  •  Exceptional Customer Service Skills, exhibiting outstanding Negotiation Skills.
  •  Relevant and Technical Sales Experience will be an advantage
  •  Product development & management skills would be a plus
  •  Excellent English and Presentation Skills
  •  Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Management, Leadership, and Organizational Skills.
  •  Ability to work under pressure
  •  Must be detail-oriented and have a no-compromise attitude
  •  Should have the ability and attitude to adapt to a changing environment & learn new tasks  quickly and take new initiatives.
  •  Candidates from technology & the financial sector would be preferred. 

Responsibilities:  

  •  Perform market research to identify new market opportunities and engage with senior executives to establish business relationships. 
  •  Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness, to market digital distribution solutions. 
  •  Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales. 
  •  Detecting, investigating, and remedying discrepancies in sales across areas/stores, if required. 
  •  Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers. 
  •  Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short-term and long-term business development plans.
  •  Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals. 
  •  Experienced in managing and developing large effective sales/business teams. 
  •  Creating and communicating sales targets at regular intervals. 
  •  Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team. 
  •  Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory. 
  •  Informing your Manager of progress and pitfalls on a regular basis. 
  •  Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management. 
  •  Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects. 
  • Any other assignment was given by the management.
