- Career Counselors are integral as guides for students and parents in the academic community and expected to practice effective communication, collaboration, coordination, and consultation with admin and students.
- Day to day duties will involve mentoring current clients and staying touch with them on regular basis via online or in-person meetings and e-mails.
- The candidate will be required to interact with and mentor students as part of Kestrel counseling services
- Selected candidates will also collaborate with marketing teams to develop content.
- Candidates will also conduct research for multiple purposes and guide students with their applications and essay’s
- Work with students to develop skills, such as creative writing skills and effective study habits
- Mentor students for proper academic writings that are needed in the application process.
