MARS BPO is seeking motivated, confident, and target-driven individuals with strong English communication skills for the role of International Sales Representative at our international call center located in Saddar, Karachi. This full-time, on-site position involves engaging with international customers to explain products and services, handle objections, follow up on leads, and close sales. The role offers commission-based earnings along with performance bonuses, making it ideal for those passionate about sales and eager to build a career in the BPO industry. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
- Promote and clearly explain products and services to potential clients.
- Generate sales opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Utilize persuasive communication, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Deliver a professional customer experience while achieving sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and excellent verbal communication skills are essential.

- Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work the evening/night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
