Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with clients in a friendly, efficient, and attentive manner.
- Manage and respond promptly to instant chat queries and customer emails, addressing questions and resolving issues effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle a variety of customer concerns.
- Exhibit strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple interactions simultaneously.
- Maintain patience and professionalism when dealing with challenging situations.
- Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear and effective interactions.
- Utilize prior experience working in international campaigns to understand diverse customer needs.
- Apply previous experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role to enhance service delivery.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales roles.
- Proficient working knowledge of CRM systems to manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding performance quotas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
