Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest level of customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly, efficient, and attentive manner.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via instant chat and email, providing clear answers and resolving any issues effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle various customer situations.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing customer needs.
- Exhibit patience and professionalism when dealing with difficult or complex cases.
- Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, to support our international customer base.
- Utilize prior experience in international customer service campaigns to enhance service quality.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in customer service software and tools to manage inquiries and track issues efficiently.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle challenging customer interactions with composure.
- A highly motivated and customer-oriented attitude to consistently deliver outstanding service.

Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, although relevant experience will also be considered.

Salary Bracket
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 80,000 to 95,000.
