International Lead Generation

Synexio Technologies is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as International Lead Generation Specialists in the Point of Sale (POS) industry. This role provides an excellent opportunity for candidates eager to develop their skills in international sales and gain valuable experience working with clients based in the USA. The position is located in Karachi, with working hours from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Female employees will benefit from dedicated transportation facilities. We encourage applications from candidates with educational backgrounds including graduation, O & A Levels, or intermediate qualifications. Both freshers and those with up to two years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the USA to promote and sell POS solutions.
- Generate new leads, manage follow-ups, and work diligently towards closing sales.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure all interactions are accurately recorded and updated in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the sales team.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- A confident and sales-driven attitude with the ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with clients.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Basic knowledge of sales or call center operations is a plus but not mandatory.
- A strong desire to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience will be given preference, although freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Transportation facilities are provided exclusively for female staff to ensure safe and convenient commuting.
- The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 65,000 to Rs. 80,000.
- This is an on-site position based at the Shahrah-e-Faisal office in Karachi, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
