Afghan Refugee villages of District Haripur, Mansehra and Lower Dir

International Medical Corps, Pakistan Program requires short term services of a firm/individual to conduct end line survey on prevalence of HTPs in GBV context in Afghan refugee camps/villages in Haripur, Mansehra and Lower Dir districts of KP province. The overall objective of the survey is to compare end line survey results with baseline (conducted in first year of project implementation) of prevalence of practices in target areas The end line survey will be established by conducting household survey through questionnaire (used in baseline) provided by International Medical Corps.

Key responsibilities/deliverables include:

  • Identify/take on-board team of data collectors (male/female)
  • Provide orientation to his/her team on data collection/questionnaire in presence of International Medical Corps observer/s.
  • Collect data on questionnaire from field (total 9 refugee camps/villages of 3 districts)
  • Compile and analyse the collected data on excel/statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS)
  • Prepare draft and then final end line survey and comparative analysis report on prescribed format
  • The short term consultant will report to Program Director/MEAL Manager at International Medical Corps Country Office Islamabad and duration of assignment will be 20 days starting from first week of May 2019.

Education & Requirements:

  • Services of qualified firm/individual are required for this assignment. Firms/ individuals with previous experience in the same kind of surveys will be preferred.
  • Please provide at least three (3) references for whom firm/ individual conducted basline, midline or end line surveys/ evaluations.
