To prepare and maintain raw material import planning and execute it with the suppliers according to the given plan and directions.
- To submit MIS reports weekly and monthly including dashboard, raw material costing, comparison statements
- To provide market intelligence and feedback on competitors’ activities by analyzing import data on monthly basis.
- To gather sufficient knowledge on Pakistan Custom Tariff benefits from SROs and their legitimate implementation on HS Codes.
- To ensure all documentation of raw material and machinery/spare parts import are properly in place with Treasury dept.
- To ensure that LCs are opened in accordance with the PFIs and terms decided.
- Compliance with internal/external/SGS audit requirements to avoid Nonconformities.
- To maintain and present operations KPIs of import division
- To ensure compliance with procurement SOP’s among the team
- To evaluate the performance of each employee working under him/her regularly and appraise management of the progress.
- Any other special task assigned by the departmental head, CEO, and Group Directors.
