Duties & Responsibilities:

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks *Installing computer networks (1/0, Connector, Cable Punching, cable tracing) Troubleshooting/ Identifying network problems.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary *Repair or replacement of IT equipment to keep them in good working order.
Conducting and managing Video Conferencing sessions.
Setting up EMAIL Accounts for new users *Monitoring of CCTV cameras.
Basic Knowledge / Troubleshooting in Networking and CCTV.
Installation / Configuration of DVR/NVR.
IT Equipment Purchase (Dealing with Vendors / Knowledge of Market).
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Evaluating existing IT infrastructure and recommending system improvements.
Deploying ERP solutions and Running diagnostic tests (on ERP installed) and resolving issues to enhance performance.
Coordinate and support complete ERP installation by third-party ERP service providers.
Implement and manage disaster recovery and backup.
Install and configure computer network equipment.
Maintain network connectivity of all computer workstations.
Provide network support to users.
Create and maintain network users/permissions.
Basic Knowledge of Group policies
