Job Overview/Summary:

The Intern – Ethics & Compliance will support the Ethics Compliance & Accountability Coordinator in day to day drafting, filing of documents and reports as well as data collection. He/She may also be required to travel to field/partner offices for assisting ECA Coordinator in compliance reviews.

Major Responsibilities:

·         Draft the compliance review findings

·         Collect/analyze data

·         File documents in client’s files

·         Prepare new client files

·         Field visits

·         Assist preparing presentations

·         Other duties as assigned

Key Working Relationships:

Position Reports to: Ethics Compliance & Accountability Coordinator Position directly supervises: N/A

Indirect Reporting:

Internal: departmental focal persons, partner focal persons, if needed

External: As per requirement 

Job Requirements:

·         Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

·         Good report writing skills

·         Good analytical skills

·         Ability to use office equipment such as copier, printer, computer, fax machines

·         Strong oral and written communication skills

·         Highly creative and organized

·         Willing to travel to field/partner offices when required.  

Education: Bachelors/Masters in Business or Finance.

Work Experience: 1 – 2 years

 

Demonstrated Skills and Competencies: Ability to use Microsoft Office programs, Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel

Language Skills: English/Urdu
