International Sales Agent (Night Shift)

Zyltech Digital is seeking motivated and enthusiastic International Sales Agents (Freshers) to join our rapidly expanding team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries and guiding them towards making informed decisions. Your primary focus will be converting leads into loyal clients while building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Provide clear, detailed, and accurate information about Zyltech’s products and services.
- Actively promote company offerings and successfully close sales.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Resolve customer issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.

Required Qualifications:
- Freshers are welcome to apply; no prior sales experience required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively through chat.
- Enthusiastic and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work night shifts reliably (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using chat platforms.
