International Sales Agents

Mars BPO is looking for motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for sales. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into successful sales, and contributing to the company’s overall growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients to promote products and services.
- Clearly explain company offerings and professionally address customer queries and objections.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
- Follow campaign procedures and uphold quality standards in all communications.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Intermediate / A-Level education.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or sales environment is preferred.
- Good spoken English communication skills.
- Strong sales aptitude with convincing abilities.
- Basic computer literacy.
