International Sales Consultant

3X Capital Real Estate is a boutique real estate firm based in Dubai, specializing in high-return property investments and off-plan opportunities. The company leverages market insights, data-driven strategies, and expert advisory services to help clients identify and structure profitable investments. We are currently seeking a full-time International Sales Consultant to join our team on-site in Islamabad. This role focuses on promoting Dubai real estate investment opportunities to an international clientele.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
- Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their investment needs.
- Present suitable Dubai real estate investment opportunities tailored to client profiles.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through closing and post-sale follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, projects, and developments in the Dubai real estate market.

Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in international sales with a strong ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Experience in real estate or investment sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Dubai real estate and off-plan market is an advantage.
- Proficient in using CRM and other digital sales tools.
- Fluent and confident in both spoken and written English.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Must be available to work on-site in Islamabad.
