International Sales Executive – Digital & Design Sales

Experts Communication is seeking a motivated and results-oriented International Sales Executive specializing in Digital and Design Sales to join their team in North Nazimabad, Karachi. This role focuses on selling a range of digital and creative design services, including web design, branding, UI/UX, SEO, digital marketing, and logo design. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into loyal clients while nurturing long-term professional relationships. This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, offering a competitive salary range based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Convert inbound leads from platforms such as Bark.com, Discord, and various social media channels into successful sales.
- Identify client needs and present customized digital and design solutions aligned with their business objectives.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline with regular follow-ups and prompt communication to ensure client engagement.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to track progress.
- Collaborate closely with design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment.
- Continuously improve sales techniques by incorporating client feedback and data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience within the design, creative, or digital services industries.
- Demonstrated success in lead conversion, upselling, and managing client relationships effectively.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Urdu is considered an advantage.
- Ability to work night shifts and efficiently manage multiple leads simultaneously.

Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – 300,000 per month (based on experience)
