International Sales Executive – Printing & Packaging

MUGSHEI Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated and confident International Sales Executives to join its USA-focused sales team within the printing and custom packaging industry. The role involves engaging with US-based customers to understand their custom packaging and printing needs, recommending appropriate solutions, preparing quotations, and converting inquiries into confirmed orders. Candidates will work with products such as custom boxes, printed packaging, retail packaging, shipping boxes, and other tailored printing and packaging solutions. This position is ideal for individuals with strong English communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and an interest in international customer engagement within the printing and packaging sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with US-based customers and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements related to custom packaging and printed products.
- Discuss packaging specifications, including quantities, sizes, materials, and printing needs.
- Recommend suitable printing and packaging solutions based on customer demands.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into confirmed customers.
- Prepare, present, and consistently follow up on quotations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to advance sales opportunities toward order confirmation.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Clearly present packaging products, services, and solutions.
- Utilize persuasive communication and negotiation skills to close sales.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, production, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, quotations, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and conversion goals.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven personality.
- Effective negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, CSR, business development, or international sales is preferred.
- Basic understanding of packaging products and printing processes is advantageous.

- Capability to work independently while meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts aligned with US market hours.
