International Sales Executive – US Campaign

Vairt is looking for a talented International Sales Executive to join its team based in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time, onsite position requires working Monday to Saturday from 6 PM to 3 AM. The role focuses on driving sales and acquiring high-value clients specifically in the USA market. The ideal candidate will have proven international sales experience and excellent English communication skills. The position offers a competitive monthly salary of PKR 100,000 along with uncapped commission, providing significant earning potential for motivated and high-performing individuals.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with USA-based clients through calls and virtual meetings.
- Deliver consultative sales presentations to understand client needs and offer tailored investment solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead qualification, objection handling, and closing deals effectively.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain professional client relationships.
- Keep accurate records by updating the CRM system and documenting all sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- 3 to 4 years of proven experience in USA or international sales environments.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
- Experience in international BPO, outbound sales, financial services, investment sales, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, confident, and able to perform well in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with experience in leading international BPOs, contact centers, or sales organizations such as ibex, Mindbridge, TRG, TCP, Motive, or similar companies are highly encouraged to apply.

The compensation package includes a base salary of PKR 100,000 (depending on experience) plus uncapped commissions based on performance. High achievers have the potential to earn between PKR 400,000 and 500,000 or more monthly.
