International Sales Executive-Cold Calling

We are looking for energetic and confident International Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidates will focus on generating international business opportunities primarily through cold calling, converting potential leads into loyal customers. This role demands strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to international clients and potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and effectively present the company’s products and services.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain accurate records of calls and leads.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with sales and management teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong confidence and communication abilities for cold calling.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to work night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
