International Sales Executive

Experts Communication is looking for a motivated and experienced International Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Karachi. This role focuses on front-end selling and upselling within the IT, web, and design sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sales and be comfortable working the night shift. This is a full-time position based in North Nazimabad, Block A, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The salary ranges from PKR 80,000 to 200,000, depending on skills and experience, with additional incentives such as a company-maintained car based on target achievement. The sales target is set between $5,000 and $10,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass assigned targets.
- Lead international sales initiatives focused on IT, web, and design services.
- Engage and convert global leads through various platforms including Meta, cold calling, and Bark.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and professional communication.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Analyze sales performance data and provide insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with team members to promote a high-performance sales culture.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in international IT or design sales.
- Strong expertise in front-end sales and upselling strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
- Leadership qualities with the capability to motivate and guide a team.
