International Sales Executive

MARS BPO is looking for confident, motivated, and target-driven individuals to join as International Sales Executives at their Saddar, Karachi location. This full-time role offers a valuable opportunity to build a career within the international call center industry by engaging with global customers, explaining products and services clearly, and driving sales performance. The position requires strong English communication skills and a passion for sales. Working hours are from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Compensation is commission-based, supplemented by performance bonuses, providing an attractive earning potential for high achievers.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
- Clearly explain products and services to potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Consistently work to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Confidently address customer questions and objections.
- Utilize effective persuasion, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Confidence in engaging with international customers.

- Availability to work the 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM shift.
