International Sales Executive

MARS BPO is looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our international call center in Saddar, Karachi, as International Sales Representatives. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for those interested in international sales, telesales, customer communication, and the BPO industry. Whether you have prior experience in sales, call centers, or telesales, or you are a fresh candidate with strong English communication skills and a desire to learn, this position offers a valuable opportunity to grow your career. As an International Sales Representative, you will engage with international customers, present products and services, handle objections, follow up on leads, and close sales. The compensation is commission-based with additional performance bonuses, enabling you to maximize your earnings based on your sales results.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
- Promote and explain products and services to potential clients.
- Generate sales opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Use persuasive communication, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Follow up with potential customers to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Deliver a professional customer experience while achieving sales goals.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in interacting with international customers.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work evening/night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
- Previous experience in international call centers, BPO, telesales, telemarketing, or international sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh candidates with excellent English-speaking skills and confidence are encouraged to apply.
