International Sales Executive

Skywards Solution, a US-based logistics company specializing in brokerage, dispatching services, and driver recruitment, is looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to join their team. The company connects shippers with trusted carriers, optimizes routes and schedules, and serves businesses of all sizes to simplify and improve transportation efficiency. This role operates during evening to night shifts and offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, building relationships, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through outbound calls
- Present and pitch company services to potential clients
- Follow up with leads to successfully close deals
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships

Required Qualifications:
- Open to both experienced candidates and freshers
- Age between 16 and under 30 years
- Minimum education level: Intermediate; graduation is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills in English
- Confident, outgoing, and self-motivated personality

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
