International Sales Executive (Rotational Shift)

eZhire, a rapidly growing car rental app in the UAE, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and closing new sales opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively pursue new sales opportunities through chats and calls to expand the customer base.
- Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient rental process for customers.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively, while addressing customer complaints or objections professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales performance and achieve assigned KPIs.
- Collect and relay customer and prospect feedback to internal teams to help improve the rental experience.
- Set personal sales goals and develop strategies to meet or exceed these targets.
- Engage with potential and existing customers via phone and email to nurture relationships and drive sales.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, questions, and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare and send accurate quotes and proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Manage the sales process using designated software tools to track progress and outcomes.
- Participate actively in sales team meetings to share insights and align on objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- A graduate degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates with 2 to 4 years of sales experience in the car rental industry will be given preference.
