LinkitSoft is looking for a driven International Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled at cold calling, researching qualified leads, and setting up discovery meetings. This role is suited for someone comfortable using various sales tools and CRM systems to make effective initial contacts. The position focuses on lead generation, cold outreach, and maintaining accurate CRM data, playing a vital role in growing the company’s client base internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities while managing business generation activities.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to engage potential clients effectively.
- Qualify leads according to company standards and smoothly transition them to the senior sales team.
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations with prospects who have been marketing qualified.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both current and prospective clients.
- Organize and maintain lead data using Google Sheets and CRM platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Keep detailed records of calls, CRM entries, and follow-up activities to support ongoing sales efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales or lead generation roles.
- Proficiency in using data scraping tools to gather lead information from online sources.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally and confidently with the Sales Manager and team members.
- Excellent analytical skills paired with effective time-management abilities.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 5, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. The working hours are Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The position may also be offered on a contract basis.
