We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring excellent customer service while supporting sales and operational functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy

- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards consistently
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate, O-Level, A-Level, or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
