International Sales Representative

MARS BPO is looking for motivated, confident, and target-driven individuals to join our international call center in Saddar, Karachi, as International Sales Representatives. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for those interested in international sales, telesales, customer communication, and the BPO industry. Whether you are an experienced sales professional or a fresher with strong English communication skills and a passion for sales, this position offers an excellent opportunity to build a career by engaging with global customers, explaining products and services, handling objections, and closing sales. The role features a commission-based earning structure with performance bonuses, providing significant earning potential based on your sales achievements.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
- Promote and explain products and services to potential clients.
- Generate sales opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Apply persuasive communication, negotiation, and sales-closing techniques.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales.
- Deliver a professional customer experience while meeting sales performance goals.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in engaging with international customers.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work the evening/night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
