The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of proven sales experience in the web, design, and development sector, with the ability to handle international clients, upsell solutions, and close deals effectively. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Generate and convert leads from platforms such as Bark.com, Discord, etc.
Conduct outbound calls to promote company services and acquire new clients.
Build long-term client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
Identify upselling opportunities and deliver tailored design solutions.
Manage sales pipeline and report progress to senior management.
Ensure exceptional customer service with strong selling and negotiation skills.
Support project management by coordinating client requirements and design specifications.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of front-end sales experience in the design/web/development sector.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication (verbal & written), negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Strong time management and team leadership abilities.
Flexibility to work night shifts.
