International Sales Representative

MARS BPO is looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our international call center in Saddar, Karachi, as International Sales Representatives. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for those interested in international sales, telesales, customer communication, and the BPO sector. The working hours for this position are from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers using English.
- Promote and explain the company’s products and services to potential clients.
- Generate sales leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Utilize persuasive communication, negotiation, and closing techniques to secure sales.
- Follow up with potential customers to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Ensure a professional customer experience while meeting sales goals.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in engaging with international clients.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Positive attitude with a strong target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work the evening/night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
