International Sales-RSP (UK)

We are looking for a motivated professional with hands-on experience in the RSP (UK) sector to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of the UK education system and the entire student recruitment lifecycle. This role demands the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while demonstrating flexibility to work evening and night shifts as required by business needs. The position is based in Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, and requires full-time, on-site attendance with shifts aligned to operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the student recruitment process specifically within the UK education sector.
- Utilize comprehensive knowledge of the UK education system to provide accurate guidance to prospective students.
- Consistently meet targets and deadlines while working efficiently under pressure in a dynamic setting.
- Adapt to varying shift schedules, including evening and night shifts, to maintain uninterrupted business operations.
- Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to improve recruitment strategies and achieve better outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of practical experience in the RSP (UK) sector.
- Strong understanding of the UK education system and the student recruitment lifecycle.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a results-oriented environment.
- Flexibility and willingness to work evening and night shifts as per business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000.
- Work schedule includes shifts from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Saturday.
- Full-time, on-site employment based in Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
