International Sales/Support Executive

Skyscrapers is seeking a skilled International Sales/Support Executive to join our dynamic team at our Gulberg Greens, Islamabad office. This full-time, onsite role involves engaging with US-based customers who have expressed interest in our services through inbound calls, live chat, and email. The primary focus is to convert these inquiries into confirmed sales while delivering exceptional after-sales support to foster long-term customer loyalty. The position requires working rotational shifts aligned with US timings, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound sales calls, live chat, and email inquiries from US-based customers who have shown interest via the company website.
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed orders, consistently achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Provide professional after-sales support by addressing client queries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Accurately process orders and payments using the company’s CRM or portal.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow up on pending inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Operations teams to guarantee timely and efficient service delivery.
- Achieve daily and weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in international sales, customer support, or a call center environment, preferably with exposure to US-based processes.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts aligned with US time zones.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with VoIP dialers or CRM systems is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask effectively across calls, live chat, and email communications simultaneously.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
