Skyscrapers is looking for motivated and skilled professionals to join our team as International Support Executives. In this role, you will engage with international clients to gather valuable feedback that helps improve our services. The position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage both inbound and outbound communications effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining positive client relationships while working proactively to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and communicate customer and prospect feedback to enhance service quality.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients from diverse international backgrounds.
- Manage tasks efficiently by prioritizing and organizing workload effectively.
- Maintain composure and resilience when working under pressure.
- Build, develop, and sustain positive business and customer relationships.
- Professionally handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from leads and customers.
- Conduct outbound calls as necessary to meet sales goals.
- Take a proactive approach to achieving KPIs and sales objectives.
- Retain clients through strong persuasive and relationship-building techniques.
- Uphold high standards of verbal and written communication at all times.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university.
- Strong oral and written English communication skills; a British or American accent is preferred.
- Proven sales aptitude, including persuasive, negotiation, and selling skills.
- Relevant experience is preferred, although fresh candidates with prior sales experience will be considered.
- Proficiency in IT and communication technologies.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive salary package of PKR 60,000 per month.
