A reputable telecom company is seeking a skilled DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) professional to join their team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting phone lines, internet cables, and TV fiber cables. This role requires hands-on technical expertise as well as the ability to address and resolve customer complaints efficiently. The position is full-time and requires the candidate to work on-site in Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot phone lines to ensure proper connectivity and service quality.
- Perform installation and troubleshooting of internet cables to maintain reliable internet access for customers.
- Handle TV fiber cable installation and resolve any related technical issues.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and team members during service calls.

Required Qualifications
- A completed 3-year DAE diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or IT disciplines.
- Ownership of a bike is mandatory for this role to facilitate travel to various service locations.
- Must be willing to work in person at the Islamabad location.
