Key Responsibilities
- Support educational and training activities by assisting in the preparation of learning materials and online resources.
- Help coordinate virtual workshops and training sessions, ensuring smooth communication and organization.
- Conduct basic research to gather relevant information that supports program development and delivery.
- Organize and maintain content, documentation, and records related to ongoing programs and initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with participants, stakeholders, and team members to facilitate program coordination.
- Collaborate with the founder and team on youth-focused projects, contributing ideas to improve training programs.
- Receive mentorship and guidance aimed at developing personal life skills and professional competencies.
Required Qualifications
- Genuine interest in education, youth development, and life skills coaching, coupled with a willingness to learn and apply new concepts.
- Basic research, writing, and organizational skills to assist in content creation and program coordination.
- Comfortable using remote work tools such as email, video conferencing platforms, and document-sharing applications.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a collaborative attitude when working with diverse groups.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing time effectively in a full-time remote internship setting.
- Enrollment in or recent completion of studies in education, social sciences, management, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
