The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) is offering a full-time internship opportunity for fresh graduates across Pakistan. This six-month internship is designed to provide recent graduates with practical experience in federal public sector governance, technical education, and research. NAVTTC invites applications from candidates holding at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (16 years of education) in relevant fields. The program aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of young professionals while contributing to the development of the country’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector.

Key Responsibilities
Interns will be engaged in various activities related to the governance and management of technical education and vocational training. They will support NAVTTC’s initiatives by assisting in research, policy formulation, and administrative tasks. The role requires active participation in projects that promote and regulate the TVET sector under the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training. Interns are expected to contribute effectively to team efforts and demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and professional development throughout the internship period.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have completed at least 16 years of education in disciplines such as Economics, Finance, Law, Social Sciences, Engineering, Technology, or Information Technology. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory. Additionally, familiarity with software tools like Adobe InDesign, SPSS, Tableau, or programming languages such as Python is highly desirable. Excellent bilingual communication skills in both written and spoken English and Urdu are essential to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and prepare reports.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While not mandatory, experience or knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools will be considered an advantage. The internship offers a monthly stipend of Rs. 60,000, which will be paid based on the intern’s monthly performance evaluation.
